1. Q: When are you shipping?

    A: For small order quantity, we shall arrange delivery once the payment being                    received; For large order quantity, usually we can arrange delivery within one                  week.

2. Q: When can I receive the goods?

    A: After delivery, we will send you a tracking number for your inquiry;

        We will also send you an email to inform you of the status of the shipment.

3. Q: How do you ship?

     A: We usually send goods via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc, if you have an agent in             China, it’s also ok for us.
