The Compact Electric Orthopedic Saw with High Precision is a lightweight oscillating tool designed for precise bone cutting in arthroscopic surgeries, pediatric orthopedics, and minimally invasive procedures. Equipped with a Swiss-made brushless motor and oscillating blade technology , it delivers 15,000 oscillations/min  with 3–8° amplitude adjustment  to minimize soft tissue damage. Certified by CE, FDA, and ISO 13485 , this saw features a 0.95kg ergonomic design  and autoclavable components  (134–138°C)  for infection control. Its tool-free blade release  supports Stryker and Aesculap-compatible blades.

Oscillating Blade Technology


The oscillating blade  (6–18mm width)  operates at 15,000 oscillations/min  with adjustable amplitude (3–8°) , adapting to bone density variations. A cooling irrigation system  (2–5 mL/min)  prevents thermal injury, maintaining tissue temperature below 42°C .


Precision and Safety


±0.01mm blade alignment  ensures accurate contouring, supported by automatic torque limiting (19 Nm)  to prevent over-penetration. A blade guard system  retracts during bone contact and extends during soft tissue manipulation.


Compact and Durable Design


Weighing 0.95kg  with a non-slip grip , the saw reduces fatigue during 3+ hour surgeries. All surgical-contact components are autoclavable at 134–138°C  and withstand 1,000+ sterilization cycles .


Multi-Brand Compatibility


The tool-free blade release  supports Stryker and Aesculap-compatible blades  (6–18mm width) , with Jacobs chuck  (2–8mm)  for drill bit compatibility. A 5mm arthroscopic adapter  enables minimally invasive procedures.
